Nextgen Real Estate is a leading Real Estate Investment & Development advisory company with a portfolio of residential block management and commercial properties across London. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join the existing team and oversee our properties and ensure their effective management and maintenance.

The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of Nextgen Real Estate's commercial properties. This includes ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, fully occupied, and generating maximum income for the company.

They will be responsible to oversee and implement effective property management plans and procedures, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, and repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Manage all vendor contracts and relationships to ensure that services are provided efficiently and cost-effectively.
Respond to tenant requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining positive relationships with tenants and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs, ensuring that properties are safe, secure, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring that expenses are kept within budget and that properties are generating maximum income for the company.
Provide regular reports to management on property performance, leasing activity, and financial performance.

Person Specification:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial property management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to commercial property management.
Ability to work effectively with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, property management software, and other relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Examine batch documentation and associated samples & thermologgers for products shipped to the UK.
Under the supervision of the QA Associate release for distribution those batches already released for sale within the EU and submit the documentation to the QP for those imported from third countries when required.
Administer the change control and deviation procedures in the Quality system for supply chain quality issues.
Record customer complaints and draft responses to complainants.
General professional duties associated with maintaining the quality system

Key Skills:

IT literate, organized and attention to details.
Ideally a background in Life Sciences but not mandatory.

Currently fully remote besides one day per month at the office for team meeting. Salary in the region of 25k per annum. Laptop and mobile phone provided.
